Marty Breverman

Marty has been in the foodservice industry for over 30 years and has been involved  in hospitality recruiting since 1986. He has successfully recruited and placed hundreds of managers and chefs. In addition to recruiting, he has assisted on designing, developing and opening more than 75 restaurants and food service facilities in the United States and internationally.

 

Marty owns and operates Cosmos Grill in Calabasas, California. In addition, he is on the board of directors of Louise’s Trattoria, Los Angeles which currently owns eight restaurants throughout Southern California.

 

Marty has earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the Conrad Hilton School of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Houston.

 

Kelly Green Koffman

Kelly is a veteran recruiter who has specialized in business management and accounting.

 

For the past ten years she has been a merchandise buyer for a retail organization. After raising three beautiful children Kelly has returned to recruiting by joining the CRC team.

 

Kelly, a graduate of the University of Southern California, has earned a Bachelor of Arts from the Annenberg School for Communication.
